Overview :

Works Closely with Nursing Leaders implementing strategic initiatives across Nursing Departments. Primary duties assist with organizing, coordinating and operational functions of the nursing departments. Collects and compiles financial reports, revenue, and expenses. Participates in data collection of Quality Metrics and assists in data entry and report compilation. Assimilates data for nursing leadership review. Responsible for maintaining accurate record of budgeted positions. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months)
• Licensure : Valid Drivers License for all Mercy locations
• Experience : 3 to 5 years minimum working as an office manager or department assistant
• Other Skills and Knowledge :

Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
