Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is excited to be partnering with Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in opening a NEW 20-bed adult behavioral program located in Chesapeake, VA.  The Psychiatrist / Medical Director will provide clinical and administrative leadership to a team of mission-minded psychiatrists, advanced practice clinicians, as well as a robust support staff including social workers, psychiatric nurses, mental health techs and other valued team members.

• Position is a combination of both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills required; prior Medical Director experience is preferred but not required for this position.
• The Medical Director will be responsible for all aspects of psychiatric services including growth, quality, and service education.
• This is a NEW general adult psychiatric unit,  staffed with additional psychiatrists and mid-level providers.
