Responsibilities

Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.

Analyze test results and report findings to medical staff promptly.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

Document and maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and results.

Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.

Utilize data analysis tools to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure laboratory efficiency.

Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.

Provide training and guidance to new laboratory staff and interns.

Experience / Qualifications

Proficiency in conducting routine laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.

Knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory compliance standards.
