Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial controls engineering within a manufacturing or automation environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI development, and networked control systems.
• Experience integrating automation systems such as AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and robotics into production environments.
• Strong understanding of material flow and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This role focuses on validating and standardizing controls strategies for automated material handling systems (AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, robotics), ensuring reliable deployment across the client's manufacturing sites.
