These roles are open due to company growth and focus on building and scaling internal platforms with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, collaborative, and thrives in startup or growth-stage environments.

This role is not a fit for strict big-industry-only backgrounds unless paired with startup experience and a desire to return to that environment.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications.

Drive technical excellence and contribute to architectural decisions.

Participate in assessments, product team collaborations, and technical interviews.

Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and security.

Bring a solutions-focused mindset to complex business and technical challenges.

Qualifications Must-have :

  • Python and Ruby experience. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with experience from top schools (MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley, Georgia Tech, etc.), but all strong technical backgrounds are welcome.
  • Startup or growth-stage experience is highly valued.
