Position Summary :

This position is responsible for loading parts in the large V-barrel and putting rubs into the washer. The operators ensure all parts are cleaned. They will load them and gauge all parts and prepare for the next process.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quality checks to ensure precision and attention to detail

Manually handle and lift materials / products weighing 50+ pounds regularly

Stay active throughout the shift—standing, bending, and moving around the warehouse continuously

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Collaborate with team members and support cross-training in other departments as opportunities arise

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role

Basic mechanical aptitude or technical background preferred

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong work ethic and reliability

Desire to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time

Additional Information :

Candidates must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds and remain on their feet throughout the shift

This is a full-time, long-term position with growth potential
