Overview
At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in office (Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; or Frisco, TX). The Post Producer will help create and produce video and audio content for internal and external communications. They must be a talented storyteller, communicator, team‑oriented, and passionate about the production process.
Responsibilities
- Manage fast‑paced, mid‑sized post‑production projects (video and audio) end‑to‑end – from kickoff through delivery.
- Work with internal partners to ensure timely production of multiple deliverables, often on short schedules.
- Perform production project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, planning, and quality control.
- Collaborate directly with creative leads, editors, motion designers, and finishing artists to deliver work that meets brand and technical standards.
- Build and maintain schedules, budgets, and production documents; track progress and proactively communicate risks or changes.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and consolidate feedback from creative, production, and leadership teams.
- Source and license footage, stock assets, and music in partnership with Business Affairs.
- Ensure version control, file management, and quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Partner with internal teams (Production, Creative, Content Management, Legal) to maintain alignment across every stage of production.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and process efficiencies within T Studios.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude – especially when projects pivot or timelines shift.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in video production and post‑production.Experience working in an ad / creative agency, newsroom, or corporate in‑house studio.BS degree or equivalent training in film studies, media, communications, or related field (preferred).Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.Highly detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Deep understanding of post‑production workflows, from editorial to motion graphics and finishing.Strong communicator who can collaborate across creative and technical teams.Solution‑oriented mindset – calm under pressure and quick to problem‑solve.Flexible and adaptable in an evolving creative environment.Comfortable managing multiple deliverables with overlapping deadlines.Proficiency with media servers (e.g. Egnyte), project management tools (e.g. Workfront), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Benefits
