About the Opportunity

Hybrid Work Environment : Predominantly in-office three days a week, with remote options.

Travel Requirements : Travel to locations such as Poughkeepsie, NY, once a month.

Shift and Schedule : Primarily weekdays, 8 am - 4 pm, or 7 am - 3 pm, with occasional nights and weekends for events.

Role Setting : Both office and field environments to capture on-site content.

Responsibilities

Managing social media engagement and content creation on behalf of the organization.

Designing presentations and communication tools for senior management.

Collaborating on strategic recruitment programs.

Capturing and editing high-quality photographs and videos for various company initiatives.

Creating written communications, announcements, and articles.

Coordinating submissions for national and regional recognition.

Overseeing the company newsletter and website.

Representing the company at local and regional events.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in communications or public relations.

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Social media management experience.

Familiarity with Canon DSLR cameras.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.
