Hub Group Final Mile is now hiring a Non-CDL Independent Contractor!

26' Box Truck with Liftgate Required & Pallet Jack Required

Home Daily - Gross $500 - $750 per Day

\n\n

Appliance Delivery / Installation Contractor

\n\n

  • Contractors must own their 26' truck and provide their own Driver Helper when necessary. Valid Driver's License required.

\n\n

  • Gross $500 - $750 per day

    • \n\t

  • Average 50-250 miles per day

    • \n\t

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus

    • \n\t

  • Local deliveries, home daily

    Requirements : \n\n \n\t

  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record for all drivers

    • \n\t

  • Contractors / Owner Operators must have an active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with the FMCSA (or are willing to obtain)

    • \n\t

  • Must own, rent or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate

    • \n\t

  • Must have a personal set of tools

    • \n\t

  • Professional work experience as an Appliance Installer or a willingness to learn the trade

    About the Position :

    \nHub Group Final Mile is looking for an Owner Operator / Independent Service Provider Drivers for appliance delivery routes with basic hook up. Appliances being delivered can range from refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.

    \n\n

    Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

  • Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances

    • \n\t

  • Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances

    • \n\t

  • Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc

    • \n\t

  • Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and / or assistance from another person

    • \n\t

  • Provide a two-person delivery team

    • \n \n\n
