What You’ll Do Take full ownership of the assembly process for enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom builds Train, guide, and oversee assemblers to meet tight deadlines and quality benchmarks Layout and optimize workflows to maximize speed, accuracy, and throughput Review work tickets, BOMs, and schematics with precision—errors are not an option Identify issues fast and implement corrective actions using lean manufacturing principles Collaborate with supervisors and peers to make quick, informed decisions Drive 5S standards and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Stay flexible—additional tasks may be assigned as needed ?? What You Bring Strong leadership and clear communication under pressure Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders from start to finish Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and basic shop tech Skilled in reading and redlining drawings, BOMs, and wiring schematics Hands-on experience with hand tools, measuring devices, and wiring prep equipment ??
