We are seeking an Experienced Canvassing Team Leader to build, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team . This is a lucrative management career opportunity with one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies .

What You’ll Do

Interview, hire, train, and lead canvassers to schedule appointments for FREE in-home estimates (Windows & Doors)
Motivate and coach your team to consistently hit performance goals

Work a 5–6 day field schedule , engaging directly with local communities

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience interviewing, hiring, and training canvassing teams

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Outgoing personality with excellent communication abilities
