Property Manager About the Job :

We are a leading real estate development, management, and investment firm specializing in Class A office properties across Los Angeles. We are seeking a Property Manager with commercial real estate experience to join our dynamic building management team, serving tenants at one of our premier properties in Burbank, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage the approved strategic plan for the property, ensuring day-to-day operations align with overall objectives.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, monthly financial variance reports, operations analysis, and leasing activity reports, ensuring review and approval by the responsible Asset Manager.
• Monitor and enforce lease agreements, including rent collection and tenant charges, and manage all aspects of lease administration, including critical dates and renewals.
• Oversee budget adherence, forecast property cash flow, review real estate tax assessments, and file required municipal reports.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing service needs and implementing effective tenant retention programs. Conduct periodic inspections and surveys to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team, including administrative, maintenance, and engineering staff, to promote cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Manage tenant and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, lease agreements, and work letters, and facilitating timely completion, occupancy, and rent commencement.
