Brokerage Manager

A company is looking for a Manager US Brokerage - S2.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control operations to ensure high service levels and manage direct expenses

Lead and develop a team of 1-50 direct reports while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and safety standards

Maintain customer contact and manage service quality according to established KPIs and SQIs

Required Qualifications

4-Year degree preferred or equivalent in business

Five (5) years of experience in the field / industry required

One (1) year in a leadership role required

CCS and / or Brokers license preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
