About The Position

Job Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience

License : Required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

Must-Have : Immediate availability

Description :

This is an immediate need.

Nurse must be able to start as soon as possible.

AHA ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNS or TNCC, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of emergency department RN experience.

The unit comprises 30 beds, with 27 medical beds and 3 psychiatric beds.

On average, the unit sees 120 patients per day, ranging from 100 to 140.

Staffing is managed according to average daily census, with various shift ranges.

This facility is a Level 2 Trauma Center and a Level 2 Stroke Center.

It is also chest pain accredited.

The unit provides comprehensive care for sexual assault survivors.

Cancellation policy allows the client to cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty for assignments of 13 weeks or longer.

The charting system in use is Allscripts - Sunrise.
