Specific Accountabilities :
Manage all company social media pages through Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, UnTappd, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, TikTok, YouTube and more with brand consistencyCo-strategize with Social Media Content Creator in creating engaging and creative content for social media, email, website, and other digital platformsRun digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and moreManage day-to-day messaging and engage with all guests and vendors across all social channelsCreate and add new events, company updates, and store happenings as neededCreate and launch email marketing campaigns through Busch's internal CRM systemCreate and launch text marketing campaignsPlan and coordinate in-store and off-site events to increase engagement between Busch's and our guests. Enhance our community image through assisting with appropriate sponsorships.Promote B2B (business-to-business) marketing by partnering with vendors and neighboring businesses on various social media and email campaigns, cross-promotions, etc.Collect feedback from our best MyWay members to ensure we deliver the best service and productsAnalyze social media results to gauge the success of campaigns by tracking all metrics related to posted content and provide recommendations on new initiatives.Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.Exemplify Busch's beliefs and behaviors when interacting with guests and potential guests both in store and offsite.Attend on-site Busch’s sponsored and Busch’s hosted events as a social representative and posting engaging event content live.Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where time-sensitive processes may contribute to elevated levels of stress.Education, Experience and Skills :
Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of creating images, photos and videos for email, text and social platformsExperience managing social media business accounts requiredExperience running Facebook ads preferredSome public relations knowledge and / or experience preferredSome retail experience preferredProficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.Proficient presentation skills, including public speaking i.e. communicating confidently with guests and team members while visiting stores and assisting with eventsProficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and e-mail. Ability to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technologyExcellent time and project management skillsLifelong learner passionate about food, people, and enhancing digital connections
