E-Commerce Shopify Project Manager
This is an in-house, full-time position in Orlando, Florida.
Compensation between $40K and $48K per year based on your relevant experience and skill set.

Position Summary
The E-Commerce Shopify Project Manager oversees the creation, maintenance, and performance of AKT's network of more than 175 Shopify stores serving clients in the music and entertainment industry. This role manages the full lifecycle of store projects from proposal and launch through potential closure while maintaining structured workflows and ensuring accuracy across creative, sales, and fulfillment teams.
Responsibilities
Manage new Shopify store builds from concept through launch following established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Track and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and communication between departments
Evaluate inventory and sales performance to identify underperforming or inactive stores
Recommend maintenance & storage fees or closures for stores not meeting sales thresholds
Audit and update all e-commerce SOPs to reflect Shopify and ShipHero platform changes
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements across workflows
Maintain data accuracy across Google Sheets, reports, and tracking tools
Coordinate with sales, creative, and development teams on structural store changes such as initial setup, redesigns, migrations, and final decommissioning.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Advanced experience with Shopify and the Shopify Partners platform (required)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and related data tools (required)
Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage evolving processes and document procedural updates
Preferred Qualifications (Role-Related, Trainable on the Job)
Experience managing multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
Familiarity with ShipHero or similar warehouse management systems
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)
Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred)
