RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details :

Work 12-hour night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM

3x12 schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week

No call requirements

Nevada RN license required prior to start

BLS certification required

Must have 2+ years Med Surg experience

Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period

May be required to float to other units based on competency level

Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays

Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve + Day = 1 holiday)

Provide care to diverse patient populations aged 18 to geriatric

Care for patients with renal, hepatic, respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, psychiatric, and infectious diseases

Handle high volume of cellulitis, COPD, diabetes, ETOH withdrawal, pneumonia, sepsis cases

Work in fast-paced environment serving 500-mile radius

Facility may call off shifts with 48 hours notice for low census

This 800 in-patient bed medical center serves as the region's only Level II Trauma Center, providing advanced care and treating over 80,000 ER and trauma patients annually. The facility features state-of-the-art technologies including the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, low-dose CT imaging, dedicated PET / CT scanner, and 3T MRI technologies. The organization operates northern Nevada's first Institute for Neurosciences and maintains accredited heart failure center status, along with comprehensive stroke, cancer, and pediatric services.
