Job Posting : Recovery Representative

Position Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $24.00 per hour

Background and Drug screening required

Work Schedule : Open availability required

  • Training : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (Duration : 2–4 weeks)
  • Post-Training Shift : Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM EST
  • Future Shift Flexibility : May transition to 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, or 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST based on business needs
  • Hybrid Work Model : In-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote work on Mondays and Fridays
  • Post-Training Flexibility : On in-office days, employees may work from home after lunch to complete their shift

Overview : Seeking a Recovery Representative to manage the resolution of past due invoices while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical in mitigating financial risk, supporting client retention, and maintaining accurate account records.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Call center inbound / outbound calling experience

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire and apply knowledge of products and systems to make informed revenue decisions
  • Address billing and service concerns from clients and external partners
  • Balance customer service with effective collections to reduce financial exposure
  • Resolve client disputes using established guidelines and support resources
  • Meet daily inbound and outbound call volume expectations
  • Manage payroll holds by contacting clients with outstanding balances
  • Research and analyze customer accounts to support resolution and decision-making
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and performance
