As Controller, you will be responsible for directing and managing the company's financial affairs, including planning, reporting, compliance, and relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners. You will also oversee the accounting team and ensure the integrity of financial systems, records, and controls.

You'll step into a role that is both strategic and operational-contributing to company-wide planning while guiding and developing a dedicated accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the accounting team in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

Direct all accounting operations, internal controls, and compliance activities

Manage banking, credit, treasury, and audit relationships

Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions

Safeguard company assets and maintain strict confidentiality of financial records

Foster cross-department collaboration to support Glastender's strategic goals

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA or Master's preferred

5–10 years of progressive financial management experience, including supervisory responsibilities in a manufacturing setting

Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
