Key Responsibilities
Completes referrals and coordinates with practices and departments
Obtains necessary authorizations and prepares financial estimates for patients
Schedules surgical procedures and confirms accuracy of schedules
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Computer experience required
Understanding of insurance coverage and medical necessity policies preferred
Knowledge of medical records software preferred
Customer service experience required
