Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation goals and strategic initiatives

Define program deliverables, schedules, roles & responsibilities, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders

Drive disciplined decision-making and conflict resolution through KBDs (Key Business Decisions) and KDDs (Key Design Decisions)

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional Program Manager experience

Proven success leading cross-functional teams and tiger teams

Strong understanding of operations and team structures within Materials, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment domains
