Valley Chop House is a prime steakhouse offering upscale dining with a warm, casual vibe. We are looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment and takes pride in their craft.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and execute menu items according to Valley Chop House's standards and recipes
Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality for all dishes
Set up, stock, and break down stations before and after each shift
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy dinner hours
Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and teammates
Requirements :
Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting (steakhouse or fine dining experience a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts (Thursday-Sunday, 3 pm-11 pm)
