Currently serving over 1,500 patients in two different states and looking to grow to over 10,000 patients in 5 states, over the next 3-5 years. Its focus is advocating and implementing integrated care model approach to underserved population undergoing behavioral health related issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY : The Clinical Director is responsible for the management of Prestige Healthcare Resources mental health Services. The Clinical Director also serves on the management team. The incumbent provides vision and leadership to ensure quality service provision and coordination of services to adult consumers impacted by behavioral challenges.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
CLIENT SERVICES
- Provide individual and group counseling according to individualized treatment plans and in accordance with professional standards
- Make treatment and social service referrals to appropriate agencies that support client goals
- Create, maintain, and submit accurate records and documents in a timely manner
- Maintain current knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques, criminal justice systems, and community resources using in-service training, seminars, workshops, and publications
- Approves internal consumer transfers
- Manage and answer the on-call phone as scheduled
SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT
Manage all members of clinical staff, including hiring and evaluating job performance to include 90 days and annual reviewsProvide regular clinical supervision to all clinical staff, including clinical managers, therapists and care coordinatorsManage concerns relating to coverage, productivity, customer service skills, and workload expectationsRespond to clinical emergencies and assist therapists with crisis management and any consumer concernsProvide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to support and broaden staff skill levelsProvide crisis support to therapists and clients as neededComplete diagnostic assessment and clinical documentation as neededApproval of all clinical and encounter notesPROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Provide management for daily operations of the clinical departmentDevelop and review policies, procedures and training courses to ensure quality services for clients and accountability for staffProvide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure that client needs, agency standards and funding requirements are metMaintain documentation, client files, and statistics as required by agency policies and funding sourcesManage client and outcomes tracking in client databaseUse outcome data to manage staff and program performanceMonitor trends and make informed decisions regarding service provisionsCollaborate with administrative staff in grant writing and reporting as neededStay up-to-date and prioritize the use of evidence-based practices, including researching programming trends and current practices being used in other jurisdictions.PLANNING AND COORDINATION

Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldIndependent Clinical level licensure with approved supervisor certification (if applicable)Five or more years direct clinical services experience with adults and families.Four or more years of experience in direct clinical supervisionKnowledge of clinical diagnostic methods and principles, various modalities of psychotherapy and counseling, and abnormal psychology, as well as alternative or complementary modalitiesKnowledge of MHRS, DBH, CARF and any state regulatory bodiesGeneral knowledge of clinical compliance standardsProgram development, data, and performance management experienceBelief in a strengths-based approach to human servicesAble to build strong teams to meet performance goalsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and other standard software applications.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and other standard software applications.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.COMPETENCIES :
