Gastroenterology physician employment in California :

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a private practice in San Diego, California in recruiting a new Gastroenterologist! The team currently has 5 physicians and 6 APPs on staff. This is a growth position, and they are ready for someone to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is someone fellowship trained in hepatology who wants to focus on liver disease.

Practice Details :

No nights or weekends
Practice can be tailored to fit your schedule
Expected 10-15 procedures during a half day
Days split between clinic and procedures
Option for hospital work if wanted
Lots of opportunities for research and clinical trials
2 ASCs

Financial Package :

Employed 3-year contract - a base guarantee of 450K

Production incentive 50% collections after

Malpractice with tail

Partnership option after 3 years - options for surgery center buy-in
