Job Title
Assists with the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers
- Convert quotes into orders
- Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors
- Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders
- Enter purchase orders with vendors
- Input material return authorizations if necessary
- Follow up on quotations made to customers
- Communicate with account managers regarding accounts
- Attend monthly sales training meetings
Position Requirements :
