Construction Superintendent - Commercial, Tilt Wall - DFW, TX

We are a leading construction firm specializing in commercial projects, including storage facilities, warehouses, and retail spaces. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our team and oversee ground-up tilt wall projects across the region.

Position Overview :

The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of ground-up construction projects from start to finish within a 200-mile radius of Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tilt wall construction, particularly in storage, warehouse, and retail sectors, and can independently oversee projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance and clarity
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor on-site team members

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects
  • Proven experience with tilt wall construction, especially for storage facilities, warehouses, and retail projects
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
