A growing financial advisory firm is expanding its client services team and seeking a licensed professional to join as a Client Advisor . This role supports clients between formal planning sessions and ensures a high-touch, responsive experience. The position is newly added due to continued growth and demand.

Role Overview :

Act as a key point of contact for clients outside of scheduled meetings

Respond to inquiries and provide guidance via phone and email

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently

Maintain and manage timelines and workflows using CRM and planning tools

Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-up

What You Bring :

Series 65 license (or Series 7 + 66)

Life & Health insurance license

Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation : $60-78k annually

Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus driven by organization and individual performance.

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

NOTE : This position is mostly onsite in the northeast Minneapolis, metro-area

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
