About This Role :

• Manage patient assistance programs : Complete applications and support patients in accessing financial or medication assistance resources.
• Patient communication and outreach : Proactively contact patients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate medication logistics : Oversee prescription refills, deliveries, and timely access to medications for patients.
• Compliance & Record Keeping : Ensures regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, proper record archiving and daily / monthly reporting.
• Professionalism & Training : Maintains active Pharmacy Technician License, supports technician student training, stays informed on industry updates, and contributes to a clean and organized work environment.
