Just graduated with a Civil or Structural Engineering degree? Ready to apply your education to real-world projects? We are hiring entry-level Design Engineers to join our Nebraska-based team — and we're looking for grads who are eager to make an impact.

As a Design Engineer, you'll be part of a team that designs and delivers open-web steel joists and steel deck systems used in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

  • Design floor and roof systems using structural steel components.
  • Collaborate with detailers, production staff, and project managers throughout the design and fabrication process.
  • Interface with engineers, architects, and contractors to bring your work to life.
  • Grow into a subject matter expert on structural systems and solutions.

  • BS in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Passed (or planning to take) the FE exam.

    • This position is based in our Nebraska facility — close to home but full of career-launching potential. Occasional travel to job sites or client locations may be required.
