A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with various inquiries and issues
Research complex issues and ensure timely resolution while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service or call center experience
Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime
