Gross Weekly : $2722 / week (Calculated in 40 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $25 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1722.00 / Weekly

Requirements :

AZ or Compact State RN License

Minimum 2 year of ICU RN experience required.

BLS & ACLS Certification
