Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large, complex builds simultaneously. Skilled in client communication and maintaining professional relationships. Strong understanding of contracts, risk management, budgeting, and construction law. Ability to collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and owners to achieve goals. Detail-oriented and organized with a strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Base Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience and project scope) Car Allowance : $700 / month Cell Phone Allowance ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) : Become a company stakeholder. Commercial And Multi-Family Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of commercial and multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field staff.
- Oversee preconstruction activities including estimates, buyouts, and value engineering.
- Write and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Track and control project costs, change orders, and billing.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
- Schedule and lead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
- Ensure timely completion and successful closeout of each project.
- Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam to manage all documentation and reporting.
