Commercial And Multi-Family Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of commercial and multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field staff.
  • Oversee preconstruction activities including estimates, buyouts, and value engineering.
  • Write and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Track and control project costs, change orders, and billing.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
  • Schedule and lead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion and successful closeout of each project.
  • Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam to manage all documentation and reporting.

Successful Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing ground-up Commercial and / or Multi-Family construction projects.
  • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large, complex builds simultaneously.
  • Skilled in client communication and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, risk management, budgeting, and construction law.
  • Ability to collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and owners to achieve goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience and project scope)
  • Car Allowance : $700 / month
