Job Description :

Pay Range : $70hr - $75hr

Responsibilities : Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-Client mockups for responsive web and mobile.

Solve interaction design challenges that balance usability, accessibility, and business objectives.

Ensure consistency with brand and design systems, while exploring new design patterns where needed.

Conduct and contribute to user research activities such as usability tests, interviews, and heuristic evaluations.

Translate research insights into actionable design decisions to support continuous iteration.

Advocate for user needs and ethical design throughout the product lifecycle.

Partner with product owners, engineers, and content teams to shape requirements and co-create solutions.

Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements : 5–7 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.

Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Storybook, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience in agile environments, collaborating across disciplines.

Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability heuristics.

Training and experience in designing AI-assisted experiences (e.g., personalization, smart search, automation).

Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and impact across real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications : Problem-solver who designs with intention, balancing user needs and business goals.

Detail-oriented and systems-minded with a focus on scalable design.

Collaborative communicator who values feedback and clarity.

Curious and proactive, exploring new tools and trends that enhance usability or efficiency.
