At Vadis, you will help community partners become more inclusive by assisting individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment opportunities in their communities. You will collaborate with business, school districts, state partners, and other agencies to further Vadis' mission.

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service and communications with clients, families, employers, educators, funders, and the community
• Facilitation of referral meetings and intake of clients, including explanation of services and skill / vocational assessment
• Facilitation of person-centered planning to assist clients in meeting their overall employment goals
• Assistance of clients in building work readiness, social, and self-advocacy skills through work experiences, individual coaching, and community activities
• Development of relationships with the business community to secure jobs for people with disabilities
• Facilitation of client job starts and providing on-site training and guidance to both the client and their supervisors / coworkers

Schedule

Hours of work typically run Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm. Some evenings or weekends may be required based on client caseload to support clients.
