We are currently seeking a Delivery Executive Senior Director - Hybrid to join our team in Houston, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Responsibilities :
- Provide effective delivery leadership in support of NTT DATA's large commercial account including resourcing, budget, structure, and policies and procedures.
- Lead and enable enterprise-wide thinking in the team; Remain informed on industry security trends and issues, including emerging technologies and navigate a path for creating new opportunities in new technologies
- Ensure that NTT DATA performs the services agreed to by the master services agreement and Statement of work(s) in a manner that is consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the agreements. Facilitate team and NTT DATA's compliance with the agreement
- Establish, Support and follow Category Governance decision rights, standards delivery processes and practices and manage critical operational issues that cross organizational boundaries
- Manage day-to-day relationships with all NTT DATA teams to ensure the delivery of Outsourced Services meets or exceeds the Client's expectations. Ensure service lines meet current and future capacity requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated service delivery problems and minimize the impact of any client service delivery issues
- Defining and maintaining service standards in line with Client expectations. Define, manage, and continual improve service level reporting for services
- Implement metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement and alignment with the industry
- Provide accurate forecasting of resources and cost, drive operational margin improvement as set by the organization
- Provide early warning to the appropriate Business Partnership & Planning leaders and team regarding degraded or missed service levels and growth opportunities
- Create vision, clear direction and strategy for the team; Constantly monitor and improve team efficiency, effectiveness and impact
Background & Experience (Required Skills) :
15+ years' experience as a Delivery Lead / Manager including roles or initiatives in Commercial Industries5+ years in managing delivery operations for >20M+ Annual revenue.
Hands on experience with various delivery models, digital transformation initiatives and methodologiesProven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentStrong client engagement and presentation skills to C level executives with an innate ability to influence
