Salary :

Pherson is seekinga part-time eLearning Specialist / Instructional Systems Specialist on a contract basis .

The part-time contract eLearning Specialist / Instructional Systems Specialist shall develop and update curriculums, learning objectives, course materials, and job aids for in-person, virtual, and eLearning training courses.

NOTE : Position will be primarily remote with requirement to work on-site as needed in Springfield, VA. An active TS / SCI clearance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Work closely with Stakeholder personnel to assess performance gaps and with Subject Matter Experts to develop training that is impactful and addresses the workforce performance needs.
• Develop and update in-person, virtual, and eLearning course design guides, curriculum, learning objectives, course materials, and job aids.
• Work within various learning management systems to upload and maintain eLearning curriculum and create user development experiences.
• Develop criteria and methodology for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
• Continuously revise training materials, course content and training aids based on evaluations of training and new or emerging capabilities / techniques or requirements to ensure course relevancy.
