Facility Security Officer
This position will act as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Enterprise Operations (EO) in Littleton, CO. The successful candidate will support the DarkStar Program and business modernization efforts to drive speed across programs utilizing the Enterprise Wide Area Network (eWAN). In the role as FSO you will :
- Enforce compliance with all regulatory guidance and established policies to include but not limited to; 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Lead and audit the security program for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and Sensitive Information.
- Work closely and develop key relationships with U. S. Government customers and DCSA Reps.
- Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified programs.
- Prepare Standard Practices and Procedures outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and protecting classified materials.
- Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Work within DISS and NISS Government databases.
- Manage receipt / dispatch of classified material.
- Lead security self-inspections.
- Administer access Briefings to program employees.
- Conduct Employee Out-processing.
- Lead a strong security education training and awareness program.
- Provide support for classified meetings.
- Assist leadership in gathering data for Corporate initiatives.
Work location for this position is at a U.S. based Lockheed Martin facility in Littleton, CO.

Active Top Secret ClearanceExperience as an FSO or AFSO or similar Program security rolesExperience using DISS and NISS Government databasesExperience administering physical security, personnel security, information security, and operations security requirements in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)Experience conducting Security investigationsDesired skills :

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Pay rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280.
