Traveling Superintendent - PEMBs

This opportunity is with a well-established business services company operating in the construction industry. As part of a medium-sized organization, the company specializes in delivering high-quality construction solutions across a variety of locations.

Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for PEMB projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion. Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee the installation of pre-engineered metal buildings, ensuring accuracy and quality. Manage and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project management team. Travel to various project locations as required by the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - PEMBs should have :
