Develop and implement individualized care plans for behavioral health patients. Administer medications and monitor patient responses safely and accurately. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques for acute behavioral situations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, physicians, and mental health specialists. Educate patients and families on coping strategies, treatment plans, and community resources. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and hospital protocols.
