MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Folder / Gluer Operator who considers themselves problem-solvers and are excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Folder / Gluer Operator in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for setting up and running the folder / gluer machines to produce cartons that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the equipment, tracking the production schedule, giving special instructions to the Packers, and entering job information into the Radius computer program. Gluer Operators are also responsible for communicating and correcting quality issues with QA and the Finishing Lead / Manager.

Key Responsibilities :
This is a full-time, on-site position Monday through Thursday. However, changes in manufacturing needs and schedules may necessitate a change to the original agreed upon hours, or the working of additional, overtime hours

The employee must be able to regularly lift / or move 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
