Voice Engineer (CUCM)

We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco voice and collaboration technologies in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including CUCM, Unity, CME, and CUBE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice infrastructure issues across multi-site deployments.
• Manage and optimize voice gateways, call routing, voicemail systems, Jabber, and WebEx integrations.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless voice service across the organization.
• Participate in the planning and execution of voice-related upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

Primary Qualifications :

General network engineering knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, etc.).

The base range for this contract position is $65-75 / per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
