We are looking for experienced, driven 'B' Technicians or high-level 'A' Automotive Technicians to join our elite service team. At Greenville Luxury, we value your expertise, support your growth, and give you the tools to succeed.

The "A / B" Level Service Technician plays an essential role in understanding and performing routine repairs on customer vehicles. This position involves general repairs and diagnostics, often with some guidance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and steering and suspension systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle and document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders.
  • Communicate promptly with the service advisor about additional work needed or delays in repairs.
  • Maintain technician proficiency per Asbury standards and conduct road tests as necessary.
  • Perform diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance, and participate in required training and manufacturer-sponsored programs to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Aim to meet or exceed the manufacturer's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals.
  • Complete paperwork for warranty claims and report any safety issues to management.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in the same condition.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements : ASE and manufacturer certifications, prior technician experience, basic tools, and strong technical skills. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment screenings.
