A Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) position is currently available at Belcan at one of our key aerospace clients in St. Louis, MO 63110. As a Model-Based Systems Engineer, you will deliver new capabilities to meet our customers' growing MBSE needs across the Digital Engineering value chain. You will serve as a provider of MBSE services to our customers. This role focuses on the execution of the Model-Based Systems Engineering Global Practice vision, mission, and objectives to achieve the MBSE strategy for Belcan. You must currently hold active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a dynamic team of engineers and project teams to develop model-based systems engineering solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize system designs.
• Develop and maintain system models using industry-standard MBSE tools and practices to represent system architecture, requirements, behavior, and relationships.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate engineering solutions and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on MBSE methodologies and technologies to enhance skills and contribute to the company's growth.

Compensation

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 (DOE). Benefits may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
