Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to expand and grow the client base.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to assess and address client needs
- Analyze insurance proposals and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Coordinate renewal processes and ensure timely delivery of policy documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products based on client needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and new business development
Qualifications / Requirements
