Position Summary :
Key Responsibilities : (Includes the following, but not limited to)
Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Oversee the receiving process, including inspection, verification, and system entry of incoming goods
- Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring order accuracy, packing standards, and on-time dispatch
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics to align delivery schedules and resolve exceptions
Inventory Management & Accuracy
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy through robust stock management and root cause analysisDevelop and lead a structured cycle count program and physical inventory processesInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and drive preventive actionsWarehouse Layout & Efficiency
Design and maintain an optimal warehouse layout to maximize space and improve picking / put-away efficiencyEstablish and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functionsIdentify and implement workflow improvements to reduce delays, minimize handling, and enhance safetyLeadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team (pickers, receivers, forklift operators)Define clear performance expectations and conduct regular feedback sessionsReporting & Compliance
Track and report on key warehouse KPIs (e.g., OTIF, picking accuracy, inventory variance, productivity)Maintain records for compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsEnsure equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained and meet operational requirementsCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with customer service, and quality teams to streamline operationsWork experience requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environmentProven track record in inventory control, warehouse layout planning, and staff supervisionProficient in warehouse systems and ERP / WMS platforms (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)Strong understanding of LEAN principles, continuous improvement methodologiesExceptional organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEducation Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field(Required or preferred, depending on the role level)
An equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience may also be considered
