We are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative role (BDS) who thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment. In this role as a Business Development Specialist (BDS), you will connect with decision-makers across industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, automotive, and industrial manufacturing - identifying new selling opportunities and closing impactful deals. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful, and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales. A strong track record in Precision Machining sales is essential, along with the ability to think strategically and build lasting relationships.
