Global Privacy Counsel, Regulatory Investigations

Responsibilities :

• Managing regulatory inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions related to privacy, data protection, and related topics in the US and globally.
• Handling all phases of a regulatory matter, including fact gathering and development, document review, witness preparation, preparing narrative responses, and engaging with regulators.
• Proactively developing strategies to address regulatory risk and strengthen the company's regulatory position, including working with cross-functional stakeholders to come up with effective, creative solutions.
• Working collaboratively with litigation, public policy, communications, and other teams on data privacy issues and initiatives.
• Advising on incident response notifications.

Job Information : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $133,000 - $228,000 annually. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
