Insurance Defense Trial Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team starting in June. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and litigation, with a proven track record in trial preparation and handling complex cases. This role requires a proactive approach to managing cases and advocating for our clients' interests in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation matters
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including conducting legal research and drafting motions
• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
• Negotiate settlements and handle pre-trial matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in insurance defense law
