Our therapists help children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach goals set in treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You Will Do

Kids First is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will :

• Conduct assessments and monitor clients using a hybrid or remote work model.
• Create strategies to reach goals based on the client’s individual assessment.
• Strategically modify the client’s environment to aid in behavioral changes.
• Develop ABA treatment plans aligned with the client’s goals.
• Train our team of Behavior Technicians to implement the client’s treatment plan and ensure proper documentation of notes and progress, as well as provide them with ongoing support and supervision.
• Provide ongoing support and instruction to clients’ families.
• Receive full training and support from our Quality Assurance Team
