Position Overview :

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and serve as the main point of contact for clients during emergencies. In this role, you will guide a team of technicians to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll play a key role in supporting homeowners and business owners through the recovery process. This position offers strong growth potential within a team-focused, values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Management : Supervise, train, and support technicians to ensure timely, high-quality project completion while maintaining safety standards.
• Emergency Response & Customer Relations : Respond promptly to emergency calls, guide clients through the restoration process, and build trust through clear, compassionate communication.
• Project Execution & Quality Control : Oversee all aspects of restoration work, including equipment setup, safety management, and quality assurance.
• Operations & Documentation : Maintain accurate job records, manage project workflows, and ensure proper care of company vehicles and equipment.
